About Us
BACKGROUNDHistorically the Avalon Palm Beach Business Chamber Inc. (AVPBC) supported a wide variety of needs and events in our local community for many years. Winding down in recent years, the Chamber has been dormant after the many committed previous members retired or were not able to continue. With the long term recovery needed following the Covid-19 pandemic, local businesses have ongoing needs in ensuring our area remains vibrant, commercially viable, innovative and caring of the environment, residents and visitors. Our area includes Avalon Beach and its vibrant village, Bilgola and Bilgola Plateau, Careel Bay, Clareville, Palm Beach and Whale Beach. As a volunteer and member-based organisation, it will run on the generosity of time and spirit from many. Stay tuned as we put together resources to get started. |

OUR LOGO
The Avalon Palm Beach Business Chamber logo was designed by notable artist and printmaker, Bruce Goold. Having attended National Art School in 1968, his work spans more than 50 years and is held in both private and public collections across Australia. Producing prints and lino works in his Palm Beach studio, Bruce was inspired by Australian flora and fauna.
